From the central position of Alle Rose Farm Holiday in Volterra you may get in a short distance the main Tuscan art-cities, such as S.Gimignano, Siena, Monteriggioni, Florence, Lucca, Pisa and the seaside of the Etruscan Coast.

Alle Rose Farm Holidays was born from the activity of Risalso Farm estate, our family's property for over 30 years. The reconstruction has given life again to the house where people lived until the 60's. Indeed thanks to the position and fertility of the land and the presence of water, it is an activity worth of all respects.

At our farm holidays, in the countryside of Volterra, you may buy many typical products of this area, such as oil, salami, wine, cakes and Panforte (Sienese cake made with honey and almonds).
An easy way to eat and take away typical and selected products you may taste at our meeting once a week.

How to reach the bed and breakfast
A1 Motorway Firenze Certosa Exit
Exit at Firenze Certosa and take the highway Firenze-Siena. Exit at Colle Val d'Elsa and drive on towards Volterra. From Colle you will drive on the main road called SS 68 for about 35 minutes until you get to the signboard of the town of Volterra. Go ahead for 400 metres and then take the second left. Drive on for about 6 Km. and you will find our farm holidays.

A12 Motorway Pisa Centre Exit
Exit in Pisa Centre/Airport and take the main road called FI.PI.LI towards Florence. Take the second exit to Pontedera and drive on towards Volterra. When you get to the town of Volterra, go ahead towards Siena for about 2 Km., go over the hospital and take the second right. Drive on for about 6 Km and you will find our farm holidays.

SS1 Variante Aurelia uscita Cecina Centro Exit
Exit from SS1 Variante Aurelia highway at Cecina Centre and drive on towards Volterra. When you get to the town of Volterra, follow the directions to Siena for about 1 Km., go over the hospital and take the second right. Drive on for about 6 Km and you will find our farm holidays.

How to book: 

Il Granaio: outside stairs, 1st floor, panoramic balcony. The whole apartment is on the same floor and is made up of a double-room with balcony, a bathroom, a large living-room with double-sofa bed and kitchen aside.

Belvedere: Outside stairs, it is divided in two floors with indoor stairs. Ground floor: balcony, living-room with double-sofa bed and kitchen in the corner. First floor: double-room, bathroom, large panoramic terrace.

Filatoio: outside stairs, it is divided in two floors with indoor stairs. Ground floor: panoramic terrace equipped with a private barbeque, large living-room with double-sofa bed, kitchen in the corner, fireplace. First floor: a double-room, a bedroom with two single beds -possibility to make a twin-bed -, a bathroom.

Il Giogo: it is divided in two floors with indoor stairs and two bathrooms. Ground floor: large living-room with double-sofa bed and kitchen aside, bathroom, fireplace. First floor: a double-room, a single room, a bathroom.

Le Volte: on the ground floor, the whole apartment is on the same floor and is made up of a yard, a hall, a large living-room with kitchen, a double-sofa bed, a bathroom, a double-room. Apartment also for wheeled-chair people.

La Veranda: Outside stairs, it is divided in two floors with indoor stairs. The whole apartment is on the same floor and is made up of 2 double-rooms 2 bathrooms, a large living-room (40 mq) with double-sofa bed and main furnished kitchen with electric oven.
