Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves it is the very heard of the region producing “Vernaccia”. This excellent dry white wine is available from the owner who together with his family will give you a very warm welcome.

How to book:  

To the confirmation of the booking, the customer has 5 days of time to send a quota of account of the 20% of the sum of the stay, through I banking or postal merit. The day of the arrival to the Agriturismo, it is necessary to pour a security of 100€ in case of lesions to the structure. At the end of the permanence the security will be returned to the customer.

Rooms: The room is composed from a matrimonial bed and a single bed; shower room with shower, basin, W.C. and bidet; Central heating. Turns on him to the room it is situated to the first plan with private staircases; to the plain earth a table with chairs has been set for having breakfast or to taste a good wine.

Apartement: Fully equipped kitchen/dining with cooker (3 gas 1 electric rings oven) fridge, dining table and chairs; Small sitting room with sloping oak beamed ceiling, settee and armchairs; Double bedroom; Twin bedroom (with on request will be converted into a double); Shower room with shower, basin, W.C. and bidet; Fly screens; Central heating. The cottage is comfortably furnished in traditional style to a high standard. All its rooms are on the ground floor and it has tiled floor, beamed ceilings and a nice warm atmosphere. The glass doors of the living room open on to a patio with pergola which is furnished with table and chairs for dining alfresco whilst immediately next to the cottage is a private garden terrace furnished with sun loungers end enjoying a beautiful view of the countryside. There is also a small covered patio with barbecue. The grounds of Fornacelle are very well maintained and there are lots flowering plats.

The festivities during the year (Christmas, Easter, etc.), The price of the room and the apartment will be as in tall season.
