Our village farm house is surrounded by green hills along the main road which separates Lucca from the ancient town of Camaiore.
We are also only a few kilometres from the beautiful Versilia beaches.
The village farm house called FATA has 6 flats furnished in a cozy country style. Here you can pass your time in complete relaxation buth in summer or winter. At your disposal a big garden and swimming-pool for your outdoor activities.

Location: Monsagrato,    Province: Lucca

The flats are set in a typical Lucchesia village-house and situated along the provincial road which connects Lucca with Camaiore. It is a two-floor building there is a 3000 mq park, a large parking area, a beautiful garden and a 6x12 meter swimming-pool (open from the middle of may to the beginning of October), there are outside showers and a relazing zone with deck-chairs and umbrellas. All the floors are in tile country-stile, furnishings-gas heat. Restaurants and bars are near, about 600-700 ks from site. Shops, grocery stores and banks are near by about 2 km.

How to reach the bed and breakfast

The country house village is in a strategic position; for those who want to enjoy, at the same time, the cities of art such as Lucca, Camaiore and Pietrasanta plus the beaches of Versilia, the summit of the Apuane Alps, the charming hills of the Lucchesia with it’s ancient villages which in the summer period offers many occasions to make acquaintance of the tradition and the typical products of the region. Our site is easily reachable by car or who intends to arrive by bus, train or plane

To be paid on the spot: At the time of 'arrival will be left with a deposit of 200.00 euros which will be returned upon departure, after inspection by the owner.

Upon departure, must be paid on site:
- The consumption of gas heating for periods longer than 2 nights in the winter.
- Final cleaning with a fixed cost of 50.00 euros per apartment

How to book: Deposit of 30% at the reservation moment.
the remaining money is must to be pay within the 30 previous days that the beginning demanded period.

Serenella: Appartament for 2+2 people (about 50 mq). Private entrance, living+dining room combination with double sofa-bed, a small kitchen (stove with 4 gas-burners, oven, fridge with freezer, closet). Double bedroom with shower and toilet.

Fauna: A flat for 2+2 people (about 50 mq). Private entrance, living-dining room combination with double sofa-bed + small kitchen (stove with 4 gas-burners, oven, fridge with freezer, closet). Double bed-room, shower and WC (toilet).

Flora: A flat for 4+2 guests (about 65 mq). Private entrance, living+dining-room combination with double sofa-bed + small kitchen (stove with 4 gas burners, oven, fridge with freezer, storace room). A double bedroom and a single room with two bunk-beds, shower, toilet with washing-machine.

Smemorina: Flat for 3+2 guests (about 55 mq). On second floor with private entrance. Living and dining room combination with double sofa-bed and small kitchen (stove with 4 gas burners, oven, fridge with freezer). A room with double bed and a single bed, shower, toilet, satellite TV.

Turchina: Flat of about 60mq on the second floor, for 3+2 guests. Private entrance, living+dining room combination (facing the garden) a double sofa-bed, small kitchen (stove with 4 gas burners, oven, fridge with freezer). A room with double bed + a single bed, shower, toilet and satellite TV.

Morgana: Flat of about 70mq on the second floor plus mansard (for 4+2 people). Private entrance, living-dining room combination with double sofa-bed, a small kitchen (stove with 4 gas burners oven and fridge with freezer). A double bedroom, bath with shower and satellite TV. In mansard there are two bunks-beds and a double sofa-bed with shower and toilet.

Winter season*: From November 7 to March 31 from 300 €

*except Christmas period from December 15 to January 15 and Easter

Short Term: Minimum 2 nights 50.00 Euros per person per day
