Run by Lorella Romoli Faraoni and her family, the “Lombrichino” is an old hay-loft recently restored situated in a Medici villa complex. Here we take good care of our customers making you feel at home and guarantee you relaxing moments after a day of shopping or trekking. Your wellbeing is our priority.

The “Lombrichino” is situated in a beautiful medici villa complex, surrounded by typical tuscan landscapes and only ten Km. from the centre of Florence. From here you can easily reach all the major and most beautiful sights of the region.

How to reach the bed and breakfast

• By car:Come off the motorway at “Firenze sud”. Follow the directions “Firenze centro - Coverciano” keeping to the right until you reach the traffic lights. Turn right following the indicatios “Coverciano - Stadio - Forlì - Pontassieve” and continue for roughly 8 km. until you reach “Sieci”. At the traffic lights turn left under the railway bridge towards “Fiesole - Santa Brigida - Molin del Piano”. Go straight ahead for about 800 m and after the bridge turn left for “Via di Tornaquinci”. After a few turns you will find a small fountain where you have to turn left.
• By plane:From Florence airport you can either take a taxi or rent a car. Travel time is about thirty minutes.
• By train:From “Santa Maria Novella” Florence central station, there are frequent trains to the “Sieci” (one every fifteen minutes).

• If cancellation is advised 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the advance payment will be reimbursed
• If notification of cancellation is not given, no reimbursement will be maid
