The  House Il Rustico  is part of a country Tuscan Estate,  Villa Oliveto, and lies  on the slopes of a private hill which looks down on the coast of Versilia,only 6 km from the beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. The property is surrounded by 8.000 sq.m. of grounds.The Il Rustico  has a private wide panoramic garden,with a dining table,  and even an orchard at guests  disposal. Other dining tables are under the patio and allow the guests to have their meals outside even during the hottest hours of the day.

The Il Rustico is a old tuscan restored House with one large livingroom,one kitchen,one large bathroom and two patios on the groundfloor,two doublerooms on the first floor,with great view on the tyrrenian coast and on the Apuan Alps.There is also a little studio and a large private garden.The swimming pool is shared 

 Its setting is ideal for excursions down to the beaches on the coast,as well as to the many interesting locations nearby.

Piano di Mommio hill is situated at 6 km from the sea of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi,and you can reach the historical town of Lucca in half an hour.You can also visit nearby the famous Michelangelo’s marble quarries,or the old town of Pietrasanta and Camaiore, Cinque Terre and Golfo dei Poeti.

How to reach the bed and breakfast
Motorway exit Viareggio,take the road to Camaiore, at the second traffic light turn right along Via Sarzanese until the first Bar. Here turn left and go on for 800 metres where you meet a gate. Villa Oliveto is at 2 km, at the top of the hill.
