The apartments are suited in two houses which are surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean forest. The apartments are furnished in the Tuscan stile. Swimming pool (6x12m), tennis, volleyball, boccia, bikes and barbecue are free for all guests. The residence is surrounded by pines which invite to relax during the heat. Covered parking-places are nearby. An automatic gate won't let in unwanted strangers.

Cecina has very good shopping facilities and also a weekly market and is only 5 km distant. The seaside (with pine trees and sandy beach) is only 7 km away and easily to reach by bike.
