Villa Prono

Villa Prono is a country house with a magnificent view of the Chianti hills with olive groves and vineyards. There is a swimming pool in the oliveyard with a wonderfull view.
The oaks and elms that surrround the farm give you that real country feeling. In this typically Tuscan country house, well known for its privacy and tranquillity, we have holiday apartments to let. Each apartment has been restored and carefully and tastefully furnished and decorated. It has therefore retained all qualities of a real country house: natural stone walls, ceilings with joists, fireplaces and spacious living rooms and bedrooms.
The estate is located in the area producing the best Chianti wine: the Gallo Nero. To give you the opportunity to taste it, a bottle will be offered to you on arrival.

How to reach the bed and breakfast
From the North of Italy
On the A1 take the exit Firenze-Certosa. After this in the direction of Greve, still 20 km. (not via Impruneta). In Greve at the third traffic lights turn left, in the direction of Figline Valdarno (Rome via A1). After about 2,6 km the stone wall around Villa Prono starts in a curve to the right, you will see the entrance gate shortly.

From the South of Italy
On the A1 take the exit Incisa. After this in the direction of Figline Valdarno. Next in the direction of Greve (still 18 km). About 2,6 km before Greve you see the entrance gate to Villa Prono on your left-hand side.

On request:  Things for children like highchairs can be reserved/booked on request.

To be paid on the spot: Linen per person per week (changed once a week, Euro 12). Cleaning at the end (compulsory, Euro 35). Use of central heating (price depends on use).

How to book:  The booking is final at the moment that the down payment is entered at our account within 14 days. If not, the booking will be considered undone. The down payment is 50% of the price. The remainder will be paid on the day of arrival. If you cancel your reservation we cannot refund the down payment.

Leonardo: Leonardo is on the ground floor and has a private garden, with a terrace in front of the apartment.
You enter in a large living room with a fire place. It has an open kitchen with a dinette; bedroom with a double bed. Spacious bedroom with two single beds, there is a possibility for an extra bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Soppalco: You enter Soppalco in the large living room with fire place. It has an open kitchen with dinette.
On the first floor you find a bedroom with two single beds and a large bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. An open space with a single bed.

Bionda: Ground floor: entrance in large living room with fire place. Open kitchen with dinette. First floor: large bedroom with double bed, large room with two single beds and possibility for extra bed. Bionda has a bath-room with shower, toilet and bidet.

Mansarda: Mansarda has a large dining room with entrance and open kitchen. There is a spacious living room and a bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
The apartment has a private terrace overlooking the garden of the villa.

Capanna Sopra: Entrance in dining room with open kitchen. Large living room with a separate part to sleep, with a double bed. Sopra has a bathroom with shower, toilet en bidet.

Capanna Sotto: Sotto has the entrance in the dining room with open kitchen. Large living room with a separate part to sleep, with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
